We carry out an assessment of human capital management practice using our new HC™ Benchmarking Index (linked to the data derived from the VB-HR™ Rating) to provide a baseline measure for comparative performance across over 100 metric categories. But we don't stop there; knowing the constraints of benchmarking, we provide added value interpretation and performance routemaps.

We utilise a variety of tools to assess and measure employer brand for a number of different applications designed to enhance business performance. We can provide various measurement options including derived indices, notably our E-Bglobal index.

The Employee Engagement Index is a measure of employees' engagement across five domains: line-of-sight, work environment, development, reward and organisation architecture We use a set of core (and expandable) questions together with an option to customise where required from our extensive database of tried and tested questions. Our engagement survey construct is naturally linked to the VB-HR™ Rating to provide clients with a unique end-to-end modular solution.

Rewards effectiveness assessment/RBOA

The Rewards Effectiveness Index measures the degree to which employees perceive their organisations' remuneration programmes; their learning & development opportunities; and work environment. This assessment evaluates the degree to which these are effectively integrated. The Index also assesses which reward elements have the greatest impact on employee acquisition, development, retention and performance. Our leading edge Rewards-Benefits Optimisation Analysis (RBOA) tool assesses the cost effectiveness and impact of an organisation's reward programmes.

Human capital reporting HCR™(see www.vbhr.com)

We provide a structured approach to reporting human capital through a global corporate solutions portfolio. We offer end-to-end external and internal reporting requirements of HR/HC for the particular client organisation utilising the VB-HR™ Rating where applicable. Thus clients are able to outsource the entire process or respective parts of the measurement value chain where it suits.
