The Employee Engagement Index is a measure of employees' engagement across
five domains: line-of-sight, work environment, development, reward and organisation
architecture We use a set of core (and expandable) questions together with
an option to customise where required from our extensive database of tried
and tested questions. Our engagement survey construct is naturally linked
to the VB-HR Rating to provide clients with a unique end-to-end modular
solution.
Rewards effectiveness assessment/RBOA
The Rewards Effectiveness Index measures the degree to which employees perceive
their organisations' remuneration programmes; their learning & development
opportunities; and work environment. This assessment evaluates the degree
to which these are effectively integrated. The Index also assesses which reward
elements have the greatest impact on employee acquisition, development, retention
and performance. Our leading edge Rewards-Benefits Optimisation Analysis (RBOA)
tool assesses the cost effectiveness and impact of an organisation's reward
programmes.
