Nicholas J Higgins, founder, is an expert in human capital management and organisational performance, and he is the world's leading pioneer of value-based HR. He is also one of the main architects behind the groundbreaking VB-HR™ Rating and Human Capital Reporting Standards (GHCRS2006) and more recently the Human Capital Composite Index (HCCI™). Nicholas is currently authoring three publications 'The Human Capital Management Manifesto', 'Employee Engagement: An Organisational Treatise', and 'Human Capital Reporting' due for publication in 2008. He is a regular speaker and has written a number of industry-related articles and reports, being widely regarded as a rising influence in the field of human capital. He is currently listed in HR magazine's HR Top100 and is included in Personnel Today’s Power Players ‘Ones to watch’, as well as featuring in the European HROSuperstars 2007.

Nicholas is also the Dean of the International School of Human Capital Management and technical editor of The Journal of Applied Human Capital Management - a dedicated journal for Practitioners. A veteran of 250+ projects over the last ten years, his global clients include a significant number of FTSE 100/Euro300/S&P500 companies. He has also worked with various organisations in the Higher Education, Local Government, and Health sectors. Implemented projects have ranged from human capital measurement and reporting, HR strategy, HR shared services/transformation, and employee engagement and productivity, through to value based management and customer relationship management.

He is a DrHCMI, holds an MSc in Finance from the London Business School, and an MBA and Diploma in Management from the Open Business School. He is also a Master Blackbelt - LeanHR®. He is a Chartered Manager by profession (MCMI) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM US).

He has previously worked at top global consulting firms PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Human Capital Management), Towers Perrin (Strategy & Organisation) and Watson Wyatt (Human Capital Measurement). This spell in management consulting followed a successful management career in financial services running various growth operations incorporating both organic and acquisition strategies.

Daniel joined the Board of VaLUENTiS in April 2006 from Goldman Sachs, where he was an Executive Director in the Human Capital Management division. He was with Goldman Sachs for six years with a range of roles spanning finance and HR, with a focus on data analysis and evaluation across a range of HR activities. Particular areas of expertise include evaluation of HR spend data, modelling and reporting of key people metrics, the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley on HR functions, and people implications of acquisitions and other strategic moves.

Daniel is spearheading our expanding financial services practice, helping clients with human capital reporting, human capital analytics and the evaluation of people management practice.

Daniel is an outstanding Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified at Ernst & Young in London, prior to being UK Financial Controller of an environmental consultancy. He holds BA(Hons) and MPhil degrees from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. He is an MHCMI, a Blackbelt - LeanHR®, and an Adjunct Professor at the International School of Human Capital Management.

A founder director of VaLUENTiS, Graeme has worked with clients in the field of strategic/operational HR, organisation development, and organisational analysis/measurement since 1996. His previous experience has been gained with Deloitte (Management Advisory Services), Towers Perrin (Strategy and
Organisation) and Accenture (Strategy), focusing on human capital management, organisational strategy, measurement, and programme implementation.

Graeme has worked on over fifty projects for leading UK and top global organisations across private and public sectors. Implemented projects have ranged from HR strategy development, HR shared services delivery models, and human capital management measurement and evaluation to functional restructuring, human capital analytics and programme management.

Graeme has worked on a significant number of HR transformation projects. His experience covers 'end-to-end' implementation: business case development for shared services set-up; project management of HR transformation in parallel with implementation of SAP HR; establishment of measurement/benefits tracking approaches and reviews of HR service centre effectiveness.

In addition to his private sector clients, Graeme has a particular focus on Healthcare and Local Government sectors. He has particular experience in the establishment and management of consortium arrangements.

Graeme heads up VaLUENTiS' Client Delivery Assurance Team and is responsible for ensuring that VaLUENTiS' Quality Management System (VQMS) is integrated into external and internal delivery methodologies and project standards. He has led research activity on key VaLUENTiS reports, including the HCM100 study of human capital management released in 2005, and has authored articles on organisational measurement and human capital management. Graeme's team is currently working on a series of associated reports and publications.
